As a Requirements Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our software development efforts. Your role involves understanding and structuring project requirements to ensure clear communication and optimal solutions. You excel at asking the right questions, swiftly comprehending complex issues, and turning them into user stories. Each day presents new challenges, energizing you to make a significant impact on our projects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proficient in gathering and structuring software development requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in asking the right questions to uncover essential information for building optimal solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to swiftly comprehend complex issues.
- Efficient backlog management and prioritization skills.
- Adaptable and energized by dynamic work environments and daily challenges.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education in applied sciences or a university degree with relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with user stories, story mapping, and road mapping.
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence for registering and publishing.
- Agile and Scrum-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a strong affinity for technology and user-focused solutions.
- Fluent in Dutch/German and English for effective communication with international colleagues.
