Your tasks include

Strategy development, planning and management of feasibility analyses, preliminary studies and innovative pilot projects in the SAP S/4HANA & SAP Cloud context
Development of cloud transformation strategies for heterogeneous IT landscapes (XaaS)
Technical support for our customers in public procurement in the area of SAP S/4HANA and Cloud
Support for SAP S/4HANA & Cloud transformation projects and specialist coaching of project managers and project teams on the customer side

What you bring with you

For this varied position you will have:

a successfully completed degree in the STEM field, business administration or another comparable interdisciplinary degree programme, preferably a diploma or master's degree
Several years of professional experience as a business or solution consultant (f/m/d), ideally in the SAP consulting environment or public sector
Knowledge of the SAP cloud product portfolio or initial project experience in the area of cloud computing
SAP certifications (e.g. S/4HANA)
an empathetic and engaging demeanour as well as a high level of customer and service orientation
Conceptual thinking, ability to work in a team and good verbal and written communication skills
confident handling of the common MS Office applications
High motivation to drive forward the digital transformation of the public sector

Experience in the following areas is desirable:

SAP project management (preferably SAP Activate) and thinking in end-to-end processes
IT profitability analyses (Cloud/OnPrem) and project cost estimates
SAP cloud strategy, SAP MOVE programmes, deployment options
Knowledge of SAP best practices (fit-to-standard / fit-to-cloud, FIORI, Signavio, SAP licence models)
Stakeholder & change management, development of key user organisations
