Können KI-Entscheidungsmodelle endlich Bürokratie killen – oder killen sie am Ende die Menschlichkeit im Amt? Der Vortrag beleuchtet, ob Human Intelligence und AI gemeinsam die Verwaltung revolutionieren können oder Risiken erzeugen. Und vor allem: Was bedeutet das für Bürger, Unternehmen und Mitarbeiter in der öffentlichen Verwaltung? Braucht AI etwa andere Mitarbeiter in der Verwaltung?
Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse sind zeitkritische und geschäftskritische Prozesse mit vielen technischen und organisatorischen Abhängigkeiten. Das Ultimomanagement plant und überwacht die beteiligten Jobkomplexe, erkennt Risiken frühzeitig und koordiniert Changes, Incidents sowie die Bereitschaften aller beteiligten IT-Bereiche – insbesondere während der Frozen Zone.
Der Vortrag zeigt anhand eines Praxisbeispiels, wie komplexes Erfahrungswissen in klare Arbeitsabläufe, Entscheidungswege und wiederverwendbare Anleitungen überführt werden kann. Er erläutert, wie Jira und Confluence Transparenz über Risiken, Zuständigkeiten und Bearbeitungsstände schaffen. Autonome Systeme, die sich zunächst weigern, Menschen zu schaden, sich dann aber erstaunlich leicht umstimmen lassen. Agentensysteme, die es nahezu trivial machen, etablierte Sicherheitsmechanismen zu umgehen. Diese Beispiele aus der Praxis zeigen, wie empfindlich selbst modernste Systeme auf bestimmte Eingaben reagieren – insbesondere, weil sie Instruktionen und Daten nicht trennen können. Wir sprechen gerne über KI, die Go-Profis schlägt, Code generiert und ganze Branchen verändert, weniger gerne darüber, dass ihre Sicherheitsmodelle mit dieser Dynamik oft nicht Schritt halten können. Im Vortrag thematisiert Eduard Hübner, wie viel Risiko für den Mehrwert von KI-Systemen akzeptiert wird und um Architekturansätze, die Systeme resilienter machen. Die zentrale Erkenntnis: die Probleme sind strukturell. Sie lassen sich nicht wegprompten. Security muss Teil des Systemdesigns sein – nicht ein nachträglich vorgeschalteter Filter.
Wie sieht der Arbeitsalltag eines Systemspezialisten im Bereich Frontendtechnologie aus? Markus gibt spannende Einblicke in sein Daily Doing, berichtet von technischen Herausforderungen und zeigt, welche Aufgaben, Lösungsansätze und Technologien seinen Arbeitsalltag prägen. Ein praxisnaher Vortrag für alle, die wissen möchten, was die Arbeit in der Frontendtechnologie so faszinierend macht.
Klassische Suchmaschinen finden unsere Websites. Doch wie sieht es mit ChatGPT, Copilot und anderen KI Systemen aus?
In unserem TechTalk zeigen Steffen Hofbauer und Marc Cedric Brasche, wie sie bei BASF das Thema Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) angehen und welche Rolle die technische Umsetzung dabei tatsächlich spielt. In her talk, she explores what techies can learn from social work and why digital transformation needs more social thinking.

We unite tech conference, career fair and Festival into a unique event format - lively, inspiring and full of possibilities. Our trade fairs create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere in which you as an exhibitor can network with Tekkies in an informal setting.
The ITCS is aimed at professionals and students with IT experience.
Please noteThis is not a training fair. Participation from the age of 18.
The ITCS takes place at Messe Frankfurt, Hall 1.2. Access is via the "City entrance".
There are public car parks in the immediate vicinity, for example in the Skyline Plaza shopping centre.
You can get off the underground directly in front of the door at the Festhalle/Messe stop.
NoteIf you take the S-Bahn to the Messe station, you will have to walk at least 15 minutes as it is on the other side of the Messe. We recommend the underground.
Many companies post their current jobs online in their profiles in advance, so you can find out in advance. You can also find all jobs at a glance in our Job listings. A visit to the stand is worthwhile even without a specific tender.
A good place to start is to take a look at the company profiles. There you will not only find the current jobs, but also exciting insights into the corporate culture, benefits and sometimes even impressions of everyday working life. This way, you can get an idea of the company before the fair and decide which companies you would like to talk to.
You can also use the chat date to book appointments in advance. As soon as the programme is online, you can make a note of interesting talks in your calendar. Also keep an eye on the events page, where you will regularly find new information and updates.
Of course, your visit to the ITCS costs you nothing!

Only external services such as the cloakroom or bistro are not free, but everything to do with the ITCS is.
With the Chat Date, you can easily get in touch with exciting companies. About our Chat Date Form send us your CV and select which companies you are particularly interested in.
We will forward your documents as a speculative application to your chosen company. If your profile matches, they will get in touch with you and arrange an interview directly at the ITCS. This way, you start the day at the fair with the best contacts and are one step ahead of other applicants.
All stages at the ITCS are freely accessible, so you don't need to register to attend a lecture. It is best to arrive about five minutes before the start so that you can secure a good seat in peace. If you are late, you can of course still join us, just make sure you disturb the others as little as possible.
After each presentation, there will be a Q&A with the speakers where you can ask your questions. And if you fancy a longer conversation or discussion, you may even be invited directly to the speakers' stand or the networking area.
You must register in advance for a masterclass. Registration is usually activated during the week of the trade fair - you can then simply add it to your already booked ticket. You will also receive an extra email from us with all the information.
Please notePlaces are very limited and therefore book up quickly. Only book if you can really take part and have the necessary prior knowledge.
If you don't get a place, it's still worth taking a look directly on site: with a bit of luck, there are still a few places left.
