The Women's Network Region North is aimed at all women in the DB Group and offers the opportunity to network regionally, exchange experiences and learn from each other.
The network builds upon the activities of the group-wide "Women at the Railway" network and was revived in the North region in 2022. Since then, it has been active again in Hamburg and Hanover.
The aim is to bring together women from various business sectors and create a platform for exchange, inspiration, and mutual support.
The focus is particularly on:
– Networking and building new contacts
Exchange of experiences and perspectives
mutual support and further development
– Strengthening diversity and cohesion within the Group
The network is openly organised, based on voluntary engagement, and is aimed at colleagues of all ages and fields of work.
