Federal Association for Security Policy at Universities

The Bundesverband Sicherheitspolitik an Hochschulen (BSH) is the largest security policy network for young talent in Germany. It also acts as an umbrella organisation for over 25 student groups. The BSH acts as an intermediary in the public sphere, offering students the chance to engage with security policy and enter into dialogue with diverse security policy actors and agents within an academic context. In this way, the BSH has established an academic forum for discussing security policy topics and provides its members with a comprehensive network for debate, research, and publication, as well as interaction with the association’s partners. The BSH offers a range of activities, from student group events at numerous university locations to workshops held several times a year and national excursions.
