What you can expect from us

As Technical Consultant Digitalisation (m/f/d) The focus of our consulting services is on the technical implementation of solutions within the context of enterprise applications and business processes. You will develop creative IT architectures, concepts, and digital solutions primarily within the SAP context, but also for other energy industry IT systems. The focus of implementation lies in development tasks as well as the customising of existing or new applications. Work will be carried out at one of our four locations, at client sites, or from home – proximity to a location is not a requirement.

Your tasks include

Conception and implementation of innovative IT solutions in the energy industry
Aligning customer requirements and translating them into actionable user stories
Development of concepts and digital solutions from the SAP solution portfolio (especially SAP S/4HANA for Utilities, SAP IS-U, SAP Customer Experience)
Development of software components with modern planning tools
Customising SAP Cloud and On-Premise solutions
Further development of our software products and SAP add-on solutions and apps
Application of precisely tailored agile and Design Thinking-based project methods

What you bring with you

A completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Team orientation, an independent way of working and motivation for further training
Conceptual and analytical skills
Very good German and good English skills

You'll bring these skills with you or acquire them with us:

Knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio and other software solutions for the energy industry
Experience with the processes of energy suppliers and knowledge in the implementation and further development of energy industry SAP systems
Experience in (SAP) data migration projects
Experience in the Java and JavaScript environment, programming of web applications, knowledge of ABAP OO or PHP
Project experience or market knowledge in the energy industry, e.g. metering, billing, customer service, energy data management, or market communication
