You are taking over a important interface function and work in close collaboration with internal users, development teams, product management as well as external manufacturers. Together we shape the Further development of modern systems for geospatial data processing, data management, cartography and the publication of aeronautical information.

Your tasks include

  • You are responsible for requirements management for geodata processing systems in the areas of procedure and airspace planning, data management and AIP production
  • You analyse, specify and harmonise change requirements taking into account national and international regulations as well as current technological developments
  • You will take on a central interface role between internal users, product management, development teams and external manufacturers
  • You develop and coordinate viable implementation concepts for future systems
  • You plan, execute and evaluate tests to validate functionalities and requirements
  • You ensure compliance with quality specifications and oversee the implementation of new functions and system extensions.
  • You contribute to the further development of systems for data management, cartography and the publication of aeronautical information (AIP)

What you bring with you

  • You have a degree in a technical or scientific discipline, e.g. mathematics, computer science, mechanical engineering or another STEM field
  • You bring sound knowledge in requirements engineering, ideally with a background in flight procedure design, charting or comparable data-driven processes
  • You have a confident command of requirement management tools, e.g. Dimensions RM, as well as ticketing systems, e.g. JIRA
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • You bring a willingness to undertake occasional business trips within the scope of your duties
