Your tasks include

Whether you drive digital transformation in challenging transformation and implementation projects at large banks,
Regional banks are supported in the implementation of technology innovations such as RPA, cloud, and AI in terms of design and management,
design strategic architectures in the form of development plans for insurers and manage the technical data delivery over highly scalable data architectures,
supports the development of crypto asset custody systems in FinTechs,
or you design management systems to comply with current IT compliance and information security requirements and operationalize them with tools; you add value to the customer by craftsmanship and innovation – always at the interface between the professional requirements and technologies.

What you bring with you

Successful completion of a degree in business informatics, computer science, or economics (e.g., business administration, management, or business administration) with an IT affinity or another STEM discipline.
You have already demonstrated your expertise through internships, your work as a work student, or an apprenticeship in the consulting and/or IT environment at banks or insurance companies.
If we could wish for it, you already have some experience in one of the following areas:
IT architectures, database systems, data analytics or data science.
Basic knowledge of software development, including programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, R, Power BI).
Cloud systems (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
Technology and digitalization trends.
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level, able to negotiate effectively) as well as good English language skills (at least B2 level, fluent) in both written and spoken form.
Ready to travel within the DACH region (approx. 50 %)
