Your tasks include

Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung weltweiter Kommunikationslösungen für Telefonie und Contact-Center-Anwendungen inklusive SIP-basierter Provideranbindungen
Analyse, Troubleshooting und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen im Rahmen des Level‑3‑Supports
Planung und Durchführung internationaler Projekte zur Einführung von Microsoft Teams Phone inklusive erforderlicher Third‑Party‑Lösungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Herstellern sowie externen Dienstleistern
Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung technischer Konzepte, Betriebsdokumentationen und Lösungsbeschreibungen

What you bring with you

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Umfeld Cisco Unified Communications und Microsoft Teams Phone
Projekterfahrung in der Konzeption und Einführung moderner Kommunikationslösungen in internationalen Umgebungen
Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Protokolle und Werkzeuge wie SIP, H.323, QoS sowie PowerShell
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
