MOBIKO ist ein 2018 gegründetes Green Mobility-Startup aus München und Marktführer im Bereich Mobilitätsbudget. Mitarbeitenden rechnen ihre, mit Hilfe des integrierten Steueralgorithmus optimierten und individuell versteuerten, Mobilitätsausgaben per App ab. Das bestehende Angebot wird ergänzt durch die weiteren Module Deutschland-Jobticket inkl. Buchung, die Green Mobility Card und eine Tankkarte und damit zu einer Plattform für die ganzheitlichen Verwaltung und Abrechnung von Mitarbeitermobilität.

In this talk, I’m going to share how we transformed our development process from half-year releases to multiple deployments per day. I’ll give an overview about the real world challenges we faced, the processes that turned out to be game changers for us and how the overhaul of delivery increased our productivity and product quality.
