Job description

As an AI Engineer, no problem can be too difficult for you. You are familiar with the current state of the art in the field of Deep Learning. As part of our team of AI experts at JUST ADD AI, you will develop solutions for a wide range of real-world problems and be in contact with our customers.

Your tasks include

Development: You develop tailor-made AI solutions, from prototypes to integrable software modules.
State-of-the-Art: You use and develop state-of-the-art models to solve real-world problems.
Data analysis: You analyse large datasets and find creative solutions
Coding assistants: You develop, test and document with intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants
End-to-End: You are involved in the development from conception to commissioning

What you bring with you

You have a very good Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable background.
You have comprehensive knowledge in at least one of these areas: LLMs, Computer Vision, Robotics, or Deep Learning
You actively follow the current state-of-the-art in the field of Deep Learning and LLMs.
You have very good programming skills, follow best practices, and have already successfully taken software projects with Python into production.
You have sound mathematical knowledge, particularly in the fields of machine learning and statistical methods.
You're getting the most out of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation – and you're constantly looking for ways to be even more productive.
You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people from different professions (technical and non-technical).
You have very good German language skills.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and recognise risks early on.
Your motivation and self-discipline enable you to achieve a high standard of quality, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members.
You are using modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently.
