You want to actively help shape challenging cybersecurity projects and support customers in successfully transitioning secure IT services into operations? Then you have come to the right place. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex transition projects and working closely with customers, technical expert teams and sales.

Your tasks include

💼 Your mission – or, in other words: Your tasks

  • You manage and coordinate complex cyber security transition projects for our clients – from planning to a successful go-live.
  • You act as the central interface between customers, sales and technical specialist teams, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • You analyse and coordinate technical and organisational security requirements and translate these into structured, actionable solutions.
  • You assemble high-performing project teams and coordinate all stakeholders across various departments.
  • You plan resources proactively and identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early on.
  • You ensure the consistent compliance with quality, security and compliance requirements.
  • You support the handover of services into regular operations or Security Operations and ensure stable operation.
  • You actively manage escalations and involve the relevant stakeholders in a targeted manner on critical issues.

What you bring with you

🧠 What you bring – besides the desire to make a difference

  • You have several years of experience in managing complex IT or cybersecurity projects and lead these projects to success with confidence.
  • You are proficient in common project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or traditional development models and apply them appropriately to the situation.
  • Cyber security and IT infrastructures are your home – from networks and the cloud to security operations.
  • You understand technical contexts in detail and can convey complex content and topics clearly, comprehensibly and in a way that is tailored to the target audience.
  • You coordinate technical teams with confidence – including across different locations and in demanding project environments.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep a clear overview even in critical situations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001 or further security and compliance standards is an advantage.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English – with both clients and international teams.
