Your tasks include

  • You analyse, design and develop professional Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform solutions for our clients, focusing on user needs, technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
  • You identify optimization potentials such as the implementation of automations, scripts or CLI tools, as well as monitoring/reporting and audit solutions for tracking agents, changes and usage statistics, and implement them.
  • You maintain and further develop governance frameworks via the admin centre, AI inventory and, for example, environment setup including the definition and enforcement of security and compliance policies (e.g. DLP policies, RBAC, Azure AD integration, etc.).
  • You define and use metrics to actively measure the user experience and the impact of operational activities.
  • You advise clients on best practices for using Microsoft 365 Copilot and the low-code development of agents, answer questions, and independently deliver training for business departments.
  • You document processes, architectures and interfaces for clients and business departments.
  • You work closely with stakeholders such as IT security, data protection, architecture and infrastructure teams.

What you bring with you

  • You have several years of experience in the administration and governance of M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio as well as Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and their operation (Centre of Excellence, Data Loss Prevention Policies).
  • You have a deep understanding of security architectures (Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, Privileged Identity Management).
  • You have a proficient command of scripting languages (PowerShell, Azure CLI), CI/CD processes, and the Microsoft AI portfolio.
  • You have sound knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD processes and the operation of productive systems, with strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of service orientation.
  • You are able to present complex issues in a structured way and communicate them appropriately for the target audience.
  • You have a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You think in terms of networks, appreciate agile-hybrid methods and are a team player.
  • You communicate in very good German (C1 level).
