Your contribution: 

  • Care and continuous development of our quality management system and process landscape – with a clear focus on BSI C5 compliance and ISO 9001.
  • Definition, adaptation and monitoring of processes in software development and related services to ensure full compliance with BSI C5 Controls and ISO 9001.
  • Planning, execution, and documentation of internal audits, as well as active support of external audits – including preparation and follow-up of findings.
  • Ensuring that all process and quality documentation is correct, complete, up-to-date, and audit-ready at all times.
  • Close collaboration with the Senior Regulatory Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to drive a living quality culture and continuous improvement across the department.

What you bring with you: 

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in quality management, compliance, or IT/process auditing, ideally in a software or cloud environment, with demonstrable expertise in ISO 9001 and/or BSI C5.
  • A degree from a university or higher education institution with above-average results in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable discipline).
  • Extensive methodical know-how in process management and quality assurance, including experience with QMS tools, audit management solutions, and common documentation and collaboration platforms.
  • Very good spoken and written English skills, and good spoken and written German skills, to be able to operate confidently in an international, German-speaking environment.
  • Precise, structured and analytical way of working, a high sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and a willingness to constructively and solution-orientedly question the status quo.
