We are looking for a full-time service technician/electronics engineer to complete our team for the maintenance, servicing and programming of flight simulators. You will be based in Donauwörth during training periods and then at our brand new site in Oberpfaffenhofen
You can expect a 6-month training programme to become a "simulation technician", after which you will be able to work independently in our team on the large flight simulators. You can also take part in development and/or maintenance projects at other locations in Germany and around the world on a voluntary basis.

- Independent execution of maintenance and servicing work on site.
- Troubleshooting in shift work
- Support for training operations with international crews
- Project work for the programming and development of new simulation devices of all kinds
- Completed training / studies (BA) to:
IT specialist
Electrical engineer
Electronics technician
Mechatronics technician
Or comparable professions
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team
- Ideally professional experience in electronics or computer technology or control engineering as well as applied programming
- Knowledge of English
- Willingness to work shifts (by arrangement)

Simservices GmbH has acquired considerable cross-manufacturer expertise in these areas over many years. Until 2018, Simservices GmbH was active in the development of modifications and subsystems for all types of flight simulators. Since then, Simservices GmbH has been active in the development of simulation systems and developed the first "X-tended reality winch and external load trainer" starting in 2019.
