In this key position, you will actively support the IT Manager in daily operations, independently take responsibility for defined areas, and fully represent the department management in their absence.

Your tasks

• You actively help shape the IT strategy and independently define priorities and framework conditions within the given objectives.
• You manage IT projects, ensuring the timely adherence to milestones and budgets.
• You are involved in cost centre and budget planning.
• You plan the IT infrastructure and ensure its implementation as well as server maintenance and hardware integration.
• You install, configure, and document software, user profiles, and network ports.
• You act as second-level support for in-depth technical queries and troubleshooting, coordinating with external service providers and group support as needed.
• You occasionally travel to our international locations (including Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Mexico) to support IT projects on-site and strengthen personal exchange with our global teams.

You convince us with

• Completed degree, preferably in IT or a comparable field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in IT
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong hands-on mentality, ability to implement and initiative
• Willingness to undertake international business trips
• Very good knowledge of German and English
