Operative Daten der Vergangenheit werden genutzt, um zukünftige Entwicklungen besser einzuschätzen. Anhand konkreter Beispiele – etwa aus der ADAC Versicherung AG – wird erläutert, wie Prognosen entstehen, in die Architektur eingebettet sind und im Vertrieb praktische Anwendung finden.
