Your tasks include

  • Management and monitoring of our services for one or more business customers
  • Ensuring the fulfilment of customer requirements and service quality
  • Supporting customers during onboarding and assisting them in using our services
  • Securing a long-term customer relationship
  • Working in partnership with customers, partners and internal teams
  • Monitoring service levels and service performance
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement

What you bring with you

  • You have experience in managing or leading operational teams and partners, as well as at the interface to customers
  • You have a strong customer, solution and service orientation
  • You are strong in communication and in the integrative leadership of specialist teams and working groups
  • You have in-depth knowledge of cloud, server, client and application infrastructures
  • You have the willingness to actively participate in an agile environment
  • You have knowledge of ITIL processes, ideally with certification
  • Initial experience in project management is an advantage
  • You speak very good German and good English
