Digitise the German SME sector with us as a SAP HCM (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) hybrid at one of our locations (Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Darmstadt, Ulm, Augsburg, Oberhausen) or remote.

Your tasks include

Advising our customers on the SAP HCM module, including downstream follow-up activities
Configuration and customising of the SAP HCM module with a focus on payroll accounting and time management
Project work in the HCM environment incl. creation of specialised concepts and documentation
Implementation, migration and release upgrades
Change request and incident management for our existing SAP HCM customers
Partial/project management, depending on competences

What you bring with you

Sound professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a classic project environment and AMS
Very good knowledge of SAP HCM modules, ideally with a focus on SAP HCM-PY and SAP HCM-PT, other modules would be an advantage
Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ILM and CONCUR
Willingness to take on responsibility in the context of sub-project/project management tasks
Enthusiasm for HXM technologies
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
Very good written and spoken German
