  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in IT and have professional experience in a similar position
  • The data centre area (storage, compute, back-up) is not just technology for you, but your playground
  • With your communication skills, you not only inspire machines, but above all customers. Teamwork is more than just a word for you
  • Structure and solution-orientation are your secret weapons that will help you with any challenge
  • ITIL is not a foreign word for you, but a familiar companion on your journey
  • German and English are no obstacle for you, you have very good German and good English skills
