Your tasks include

  • You provide technical support for our customers - including our managed services
  • You analyse and solve technical challenges relating to IT infrastructure and data centres with confidence
  • You are in direct contact with our customers and work with them to find the right solution
  • You record all information neatly in the ticket system - structured, comprehensible and efficient
  • You work closely with manufacturers and your team to resolve even complex cases
  • You support your colleagues in day-to-day business and actively contribute your expertise to the team
  • You are occasionally at the customer's data centre to ensure a smooth exchange of spare parts

What you bring with you

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in the IT sector
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the data centre environment (storage, compute, back-up)
  • You communicate clearly and openly and actively contribute to the team
  • You are committed, act independently and always focus on customer service
  • You speak very good German and good English
  • Ideally, you are familiar with ITIL and ServiceNow
