Your tasks include

  • You are responsible for technical support including managed services for our customers at senior level
  • Analysing, diagnosing and solving complex challenges in the IT infrastructure and data centre environment are part of your everyday work
  • You are a problem solver with foresight: You analyse tickets, find causes instead of just symptoms (root cause analysis) and proactively make recommendations
  • You communicate professionally with customers, support them in solving problems and offer suitable solutions
  • You document carefully in the ticket system and work closely with manufacturers and internal teams
  • You pass on your knowledge, support colleagues in daily business and thus ensure a strong team together
  • You are occasionally at the customer's data centre to ensure a smooth exchange of spare parts

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in the IT sector
  • You are a professional in the data centre environment and have at least 5 years of experience with storage, compute and backup
  • You explain complex topics clearly and always have the customer's needs in mind
  • You are solution-orientated, confident and a real team player
  • You speak very good German and good English
