As part of a dedicated team, you can help advance the digitalisation of LVR's social, youth and integration departments! 

Together with our enterprise architects and subject matter experts, you will continuously conceptualise and develop the architecture designs for the best possible support of our customers' business processes, taking into account

  • innovative technologies

You will carry out market analyses, advise our stakeholders, involve our cooperation partners and support the integration of third-party applications as well as in-house developments through well-founded evaluation and target group-oriented communication of

  • technical feasibility
  • organisational requirements
  • legal framework
  • systemic effects

In exciting projects and company-wide service teams, you will act as a link and work in partnership with people from different areas of LVR, applying agile working methods and continuously developing our IT processes.

You will also make an active contribution to stable and secure IT operations in our IT service landscape by

  • Design and compliance with company-wide IT guidelines
  • Life cycle management of the IT components used
  • Support for IT service management processes

You will carry out your tasks at the Cologne-Deutz location or from your home office according to individual agreement. You will be provided with the necessary technical equipment for mobile working.

What you bring with you

  • A university degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering or information technology or in communications engineering (Master's, Magister, university diploma) or
  • the qualification for the career path technical services, career group 2, 2nd entry level, acquired through one of the above-mentioned degree programmes and a corresponding two and a half years of full-time professional activity, or
  • Other employees who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience based on many years of professional experience
