To expand our team, we are looking for qualified and committed new employees for the following position:
- Advising our customers in the ITIL process environment and on all ServiceNow modules
- Analysing customer requirements, evaluating processes and interfaces and carrying out cost estimates and risk assessments
- Creation of applications and interfaces for ITSM and ESM tools and corresponding mapping of an overall solution in the concept
- Independent planning and realisation of projects in the field of IT service management
- Management and coordination of small project teams
- Organising customer appointments and conducting meetings, workshops and presentations on ESM modules in German and English
- Successfully completed and specialised studies or relevant training with qualified experience, career changers with relevant experience welcome
- Experience as a consultant in the implementation, conception and design of IT solutions in the field of Enterprise Service Management and ITSM (desirable)
- Experience in workshop management and with various presentation techniques
- Knowledge of agile project management
- Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with people
- Willingness to travel depending on project phases and customer requirements
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
