For our location in Munich we are looking for a Test Manager/Analyst (m/f/d) CRM in the Quality Assurance Line & PFB (PQA-QA) department as of 01.12.2025.

Our "IT Quality Assurance" team ensures stable systems during the implementation of changes.
In order to ensure the very high quality of our CRM, we are looking for a Test Manager/Analyst (m/f/d) who will work with the agile team to drive continuous improvements in quality assurance.

Your tasks include

  • Testing and acceptance of each user story to be delivered in cooperation with the department representatives
  • Execution of manual and automatic regression tests, each adapted to the current release scope
  • Long-term maintenance of manual and automatic regression tests
  • Planning and coordination of the test phase for larger projects
    Setup and execution of load and stress tests after extensive changes
  • Analysing new errors and passing them on to development or department experts if necessary
  • Participation in the analysis of new requirements
  • Demonstration of delivered functionality in sprint reviews or project meetings

What you bring with you

  • Ideally a degree in (business) informatics or comparable professional training
  • Independent and autonomous way of working, strong analytical skills and high quality awareness
  • At least two years of experience in software testing as well as experience in test management from agile and classic projects
  • Strong leadership, strong teamwork skills, strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Experience from agile development projects (SCRUM, Kanban)
  • A confident demeanour is a matter of course for you
  • ISTQB certifications are an advantage
    Very good knowledge of German (min. B2) and written and spoken English
