For our location in Munich we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) Online Product Management/ User Experience / Online Marketing in the Business Unit Private Customers as of 01.10.2025.

Your tasks include

  • Online product management: Supporting the product owners in the conception and development process of creating IT requirements. This includes the coordination of design work, creation of user stories and bugs, independent exchange with stakeholders and testing of the M-net online portals such as the M-net website, order routes and customer portal
  • Content management: maintenance of content and product information in the TYPO3 content management system and creation of internal documentation in Confluence
  • Analyses & reporting: Coordination of user tests, implementation of competitive analyses, trend analyses, evaluation of web analytics and other KPIs as well as creation of reports and presentations

What you bring with you

  • Experience: Studies in the fields of media & communication, digital media, business administration, marketing or computer science or a comparable field of study as well as initial practical experience on the agency or company side
  • Tools: Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g. Wordpress, TYPO3, etc.), web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Piano, Hotjar, etc.), project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.); open to familiarisation with similar or new programmes
  • Working style: Independent, structured and reliable way of working with a proactive approach to finding solutions. Ideally paired with initial experience in an agile environment, such as working with the SCRUM method.
  • Creativity and trend awareness: desire and fun to design our online presence with a feel for current digital trends
  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and confident communication in English.
    Commitment: on average 20 hours per week; during the semester holidays a maximum of 40 hours per week
