You will take over the technical management of a .NET development team and drive the development as lead developer in close coordination with the project management and the software architecture department.
As a central contact person, you will support your team in technical matters and at the same time actively contribute your development experience.
The requirements are clarified together with the project management to ensure their efficient technical implementation.
You will be responsible for managing the agile development process, moderating the daily stand-up and representing the team in product-wide sprint planning.
You will also be responsible for planning resources and sprints as well as carrying out code reviews.
In your role as team leader, you provide the team with targeted support for their professional and personal development
After completing your studies or training in the IT sector, you have already gained several years of experience as a senior software developer and have also taken on management tasks in an agile environment.
You prefer to develop with C# and have sound practical experience in the .NET environment.
You have a good understanding of relational databases, for example Oracle or MS SQL.
Structured, analytical thinking and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths.
Working independently is a matter of course for you, and you will actively shape the entire development process from conception to roll-out.
Your team benefits from your open, analytical and structured manner, and you are happy to pass on your knowledge and experience.
Sometimes you are also the mouthpiece for our customers. You will therefore have a very good command of German and be able to express yourself clearly, both verbally and in writing.
