Since our foundation, we, andrena, have been passionate about first-class software and are among the pioneers of agility in Germany. We support our customers in developing innovative software products in an agile way. We are characterised by the close connection between agile software engineering and agile coaching.

As an agile company, we are looking for developers who want to deliver software responsibly and sustainably. People who want to learn and apply the skills and methods to produce future-proof software, regardless of their hierarchical position.
