Intermed is PThe LADR Laborverbund Dr Kramer & Kollegen laboratory network has more than 3,800 employees throughout Germany. For over 75 years, the owner-managed association has combined medical tradition, laboratory medical quality and advice. The 19 regional specialist laboratories carry out more than 150 million analyses every year and, together with associated laboratory groups, supply more than 20,000 doctors. DIT is particularly important here. Laboratory medicine generates large amounts of data that need to be linked, interpreted and handled securely. Digital systems, for example for laboratory requests via networks and e-mail, as well as the complex of data storage, permeate all laboratory medicine processes and those at Intermed.
