As a Department Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategic goals and optimising our apps. Help us turn our visions into reality together with your team!

Your tasks include

You lead and coordinate your cluster technically and are the point of contact for your team leads.
You design interactive processes and promote cross-departmental collaboration
You convey an inspiring vision and ensure that it is understood and embraced by the teams.
You are responsible for resource planning and the budget within the department.
You will work closely with senior management and team leadership.
You regularly liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure all strategic and operational objectives are aligned.
You promote the personal development of the team leaders and support them as a coach
You monitor the market and competition for early identification of relevant trends and for the development of corresponding recommendations for action.

What you bring with you

You have experience in leading and coordinating teams and are familiar with the field of mobile development.
Completed technical degree with business knowledge or business degree & relevant technical professional experience
You have the ability to inspire and motivate employees with your enthusiasm and communication skills.
You have excellent communication skills and can inspire and motivate employees.
You have experience in resource planning and process optimisation.
You are able to recognise and foster individual strengths and development potentials.
