Your tasks include

  • Holistic support of our new and, if applicable, assigned existing customers in the assigned sales region.
  • Responsibility for incoming orders and sales, acquisition of new customers and active canvassing activities in all necessary channels.
  • Active further development of our customer relationships with new customers and, where applicable, existing customers assigned to us, by utilising cross-selling and up-selling potential.
  • Intensification of business relationships with customers through continuous contact and relationship management
  • Management of customised offers and service solutions as well as the presentation of the entire q.beyond portfolio to the customer
  • Close co-operation and coordination with other relevant areas of the q.beyond group of companies, including specialist sales areas, sales areas of the subsidiaries, inside sales, presales, project management and operations
  • Carrying out target/actual comparisons and identifying necessary corrective measures
  • Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction (CIP/CSI)
  • Active and comprehensive maintenance of the CRM system
  • Customer and internal escalation management
  • Regular reporting, controlling and tracking of your sales activities as well as reporting to management as required

What you bring with you

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in senior positions in the areas of sales and/or service management
  • Proven network in the corporate client environment (C-level)
    Extensive experience in successful IT sales
  • Convincing communication skills and a confident, confident demeanour
  • In-depth understanding of services in the context of cloud computing and full ICT outsourcing
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good language skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and organisational talent
  • Certifications in a task-related environment desirable (e.g. ITIL, PMI or similar)
