Your tasks:

You will work closely with experienced cybersecurity engineers and be actively involved in customer projects.
You are the customer's point of contact for queries regarding security incidents reported by our Security Operations Center (SOC) and analyse structural weaknesses of the customer as part of the team
You tackle security and technical problems with customers in a solution-orientated manner - with the support of your team.
You will be involved in the creation of technical reports and safety analyses
You pass on simple best practices, also to non-technical contacts
When working with customers, you act professionally and build trust.
You analyse logs and security-relevant data sources to identify potential risks.
Together with your mentor, you will continuously work on your technical and advisory skills.
 

Your profile:

Experience:

You have 2-3 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.
You have already had your first contact with network security, cloud infrastructure and SaaS solutions.
You are no stranger to topics such as authentication, identity management and risk assessment.
You enjoy communicating - both orally and in writing, in German and English.
You solve problems in a structured way and like to think analytically.
You know how to work in a team - and want to develop personally and professionally.
Technical knowledge in at least 4 of these areas:

Network basics: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting and common protocols.
Operating systems: Initial knowledge of hardening Windows, Linux and Unix systems.
Security tools: Experience with firewalls, antivirus and IDS/IPS.
Scripting: Basic knowledge of Python, Bash or PowerShell.
Vulnerability assessment: Using tools such as Nmap, Nessus or OpenVAS.
Incident Response: Basic knowledge for recognising and responding to security incidents.
Security frameworks: First insights into frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK or NIST.
Counselling competence:

You can explain technical topics in a way that non-technical people can understand.
You recognise security problems quickly and think in a solution-oriented way.
You build trust in professional dealings with customers
You document cleanly - from guidelines and processes to protocols.
You enjoy teamwork and have a high willingness to learn.
You want to grow with the company and in your role - both professionally and personally.
