Your tasks include

Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

  • In your role, you are responsible for the Definition and administration of service assets & configuration management at Tchibo.
  • The Conceptual design and Realisation of the process (incl. process quality) in your hands.
  • You develop a plan for the continuous Structure of the configuration itemstheir relationships with each other and implements this plan.
  • You will also continuously scrutinise existing service structures and processes and proactively develop improvements.
  • As Sparring partner, framework provider and enabler (m/f/d), you will manage the various IT teams in dealing with identified service assets, their Monitoring, versioning and updating.
  • The planning and operation of the Tchibo CMDB and the Asset management database within the ServiceNow platform are also your responsibility.
  • You will work closely with our change management team and strengthens the understanding for tracking changes in the IT infrastructure.
  • To do this, you define and develop, in collaboration with your colleagues, the CMDB for the entire Tchibo IT.

What you bring with you

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

  • You bring Valuable experience in service asset and configuration management in a challenging international environment with.
  • Well-founded Expertise in IT service management processes are part of your repertoire and you find it easy to recognise, analyse and present complex relationships in an understandable way.
  • You bring Basic experience in CMDB database design and architecture with. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the definition, documentation and implementation of Asset management and CI management processes for hardware and software CIs characterise you.
  • You are also well versed in ITIL Service Lifecycle Management processes and bring Experience with and in ServiceNow with.
  • The Understanding service organisations you bring with you.
  • Ability to work in a teamexcellent written and oral communication skills Communication skills and a Strong methodical and structured approach are among your strengths.
  • Your motivation and joy, Implementing changes in a large organisation and to support you round off your profile.
