  • You have a degree in business administration, economics, (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable degree.
  • Ideally, you have sound experience in process consulting for SAP C4C Sales & Service
  • You are enthusiastic and interested in future topics in the area of SAP C4C Sales & Service and Sales & Service Cloud v2
  • You are creative, committed and open in your communication and look forward to working closely with our multinational customers.
  • You enjoy intercultural exchange and have a healthy team spirit.
  • You are looking forward to new challenges and are not averse to travelling in order to support our national and international customers in the best possible way.
  • Very good German and good English skills as well as strong communication skills at all levels round off your profile.
     

Your tasks

  • Contact person for all globally active C4C users in their daily work with SAP (second level support)
  • Process consulting within SAP C4C Sales & Service and Sales & Service Cloud v2
  • Recording requirements and advising internal customers on technical and functional implementation options
  • Collaboration in the realisation of interdisciplinary and cross-system national and international projects
  • Independent implementation: requirements analysis, process design, conceptualisation, testing and training
  • Participation in the acquisition, preparation of offers and realisation of presentations
