Data Analyst Mass Data (m/f/d)

As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for processing mass data changes and liaising directly with our customers.

These tasks await you:

Data changes in the portfolio of the institutions of the S-Finance Group:

• You accept customer orders via a ticket system
• You analyse the feasibility of customer requirements
• You select the required data using SQL
• You change the data using SQL and/or programmes
   

Collaboration in application support:

• You look after customers in first and second level support
• You take care of the maintenance and further development of the customer application environment
• You take over the interface management
• You support application platforms across the entire life cycle.
   

Project work:

You implement customer-specific requirements professionally in projects across all phases of the development process
You will work on software development projects based on central mainframe and client-server platforms, both in software development and in analysing customer requirements
 

What you bring with you: 

• You have at least completed commercial or technical vocational training
• You have strong analytical thinking skills
• You are characterised by your structured and solution-oriented way of working
• You enjoy working in a team and enjoy collaborating with customers and managers
• You have a strong customer and service orientation as well as a high level of initiative and a sense of responsibility
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
