  • Legally binding notice for Austria: The classification of this position allows for a gross annual salary (incl. bonuses) starting at €44,000. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.

Your tasks include

  • Error analysis: Analysing errors and identifying the causes in the source code and database structures.
  • Correction and adjustment: Targeted implementation of necessary corrections and adjustments.
  • Installation: Ensuring successful installation of the solution for our customers via remote maintenance.
  • Documentation: You document your analyses and results in our knowledge database to prevent future errors.
  • Communication and co-operation: You will also be in close contact with our company's service consultants, developers and system technicians. You will communicate with our customers' IT managers by e-mail or telephone.

What you bring with you

  • Education: You have successfully completed a business or technical degree or an appropriate apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
  • Professional experience: Ideally, you have some experience with relational database systems as well as object-oriented development and ERP or merchandise management programmes.
  • Expertise: You also have knowledge of at least one modern programming language/development environment (e.g. C#, Java, ABL or similar). Knowledge of using a ticket system is desirable (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Personality: Your strengths include customer and team orientation, a pronounced willingness to provide service and analytical skills.
  • Language: Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
