Job description

As a Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) you will implement new SAP HCM solutions including the components in the backend and frontend - technical customising and full-stack development in ABAP are also part of your area of responsibility.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will define the requirements including technical specifications, carry out system tests and ensure the quality and stability of our solutions by quickly rectifying errors.
As part of the development and integration of SAP SuccessFactors, you configure modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding or Learning.
You will also analyse and improve existing SAP HCM modules and processes with a view to efficiency and user-friendliness - you will also support the introduction of new functionalities and upgrades in the SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors environment.
In addition to tickets, you will also process technical enquiries in your area of responsibility and support end users in using our SAP HCM systems, including in the form of training courses. 

What you bring with you

What you bring with you
Successful studies in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable
Consulting or SFX certifications in relevant SAP technologies an advantage
Several years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on SAP HCM modules as well as in the implementation of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors solutions, supplemented by sound experience in project management or project collaboration
Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its application options, plus expertise in other relevant technologies such as ABAP, SAP Fiori or SAPUI5 
Very good written and spoken German and English
Strong communication skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
