What you move with us

  • As part of a dedicated team, you will provide national/international support for our specialised in-house applications.
  • You will process incidents in German and English within our IT service management system (ITSM).
  • You carry out error analyses and troubleshooting so that our customers are up and running again.
  • You support our customers with release tests of the applications and carry out the accreditation-relevant documentation.

What makes you special

  • You have completed vocational training as an: IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience in client support, good knowledge of SQL and databases and are familiar with ITIL support processes.
  • You have experience in analysing problems in collaboration with various specialist departments and in developing and implementing solution concepts.
  • Your people skills, communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team round off your qualifications.
