As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the planned technology change to SAP S/4HANA and a global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Centre.

Your tasks include

  • Advising the specialist departments on the technical implementation of their functional requirements in the SAP HR systems
  • Third-level support, further development and customisation of the SAP HCM system with the modules PA, PY, PT, OM, TM, BAV, PKP, self-services on a Fiori basis
  • Independent analysis, conception and realisation of requirements in the corresponding modules, including customising and implementation in the SAP HCM applications
  • Participation in a worldwide introduction of SuccessFactors/Employee Centre and subsequent further development and support of the system
  • Management of external service providers
  • Participation in larger SAP HCM projects

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies in business administration, computer science or business informatics or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in SAP HR consulting for large companies with complex system landscapes, ideally in SAP HCM consulting or in similar positions
  • Good knowledge of customising in several of the following modules: PA, PY, PT, OM, TM, BAV, PKP, self-services based on Fiori
  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge or general interest in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Good communication skills as well as an independent and proactive way of working
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
