Your tasks include

  • Technical enquiries? Specialist problems? Both our customers and your colleagues know you as a competent contact person. 
  • In your position, you keep an eye on everything and take care of the commissioning, configuration and dismantling of hardware for our well-known customers.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the devices work for our customers and take care of the corresponding software installations and initial configuration.
  • Your focus is on the customer, so you are happy to respond to individual requirements in the IT sector and are sometimes on site at the customer's premises.
  • Last but not least, your expertise is also in demand for projects such as hardware and software rollouts.

What you bring with you

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist or service technician in the field of system integration or application development or similar
  • You have sound experience in dealing with IT end devices.
  • Driving licence class B desirable 
  • Very good German and good English skills 
  • Personally, we particularly like your initiative and customer-orientation as well as your reliability and strong communication skills.
