Your tasks include

  • Monitoring and administration of backup systems (e.g. CommVault)
  • Learning how to monitor and administer our storage (e.g. HPE Primera) and SAN infrastructure (e.g. Brocade)
  • Further development of the systems by developing and implementing plans and concepts in the team and with internal customers
  • Creation of operating concepts and technical documentation

What you bring with you

  • a degree in information technology or a degree programme related to IT, training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification  
  • Several years of experience in the area of Commvault Backup as well as initial experience and interest in the area of storage and SAN, as well as expertise in the area of backup concepts 
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and solution-orientated work
