  • Knowledge of sales and consulting for customer interaction projects (commerce, CRM, content management, UX, CX etc.) an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Communication security at management level
  • Very good knowledge of Power Point
  • Flexibility and mobility with unrestricted willingness to travel
     

Your tasks
 

  • Support in the areas of customer care, partner and account management and events
  • Acquiring new customers and building customer relationships
  • Development of use cases in collaboration with marketing
  • Preparation and control of offers and contract templates
  • Internal coordination with the specialist departments and international sales colleagues
  • Responsible for CRM maintenance / opportunity management / preparation of reporting
