Your tasks include

As Matrix Manager (f/m/d) in our Drillisch brand segment, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and optimising our promotional campaigns across various sales channels. Your role is to ensure that our campaigns are managed efficiently and achieve optimal results. You will work closely with the Management Board and various internal departments and support the successful implementation of our sales strategies.

Drillisch is a brand of 1&1 and a leading provider of affordable, innovative wireless services solutions. With flexible rate plans and a convincing price-performance ratio, Drillisch offers the latest smartphones and optimal rate plans.

  • Campaign monitoring and planning: You are responsible for the daily monitoring and management of promotional campaigns via various sales channels as well as weekly planning and forecasting in close cooperation with product management
  • Webshop optimisation: You are responsible for coordinating and managing adjustments and tests in webshops as well as other measures in collaboration with the website team
  • Performance analysis: You carry out regular analyses of performance development in new customer business and derive the necessary measures from this
  • Central point of contact: You act as the central point of contact for all sales channels and ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Project support: You lead projects to further develop and increase sales performance and support the planning, management and implementation of measures to improve sales processes

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the telecommunications or online marketing sector
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in project management and in dealing with various stakeholders
  • Proactive and solution-orientated way of working
