Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer (m/f/d)

As part of a newly initiated project team, you will work with other colleagues to introduce Microsoft Dynamics 365 in our organisation. Our common goal is to redesign business processes and migrate key parts of our existing CRM tooling to Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a member of a motivated and interdisciplinary team, you will actively shape the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the development of knowledge and the implementation of work packages. The tasks for which the team is responsible include the basic technical structure of the environments, the recording and coordination of requirements, the design and implementation of technical functionalities, quality assurance, the roll-out and the administration of the resulting Dynamics 365 apps in the company.

Your tasks include

  • You will be involved in the technical setup and development of a future-proof Dynamics environment and provide second-level support for the resulting solutions. 
  • You will carry out the development and implementation of far-reaching business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform with a focus on Sales, Marketing Automation and Power Pages.
  • You will work closely with business analysts, internal specialist departments and our external implementation partners.
  • You design and implement the seamless integration of interfaces and data from various peripheral systems. 
  • They actively contribute to the continuous quality assurance and improvement of the product and implement the necessary measures. 

What you bring with you

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. 
    You have several years of experience in development with Dynamics 365, including customising, integration and configuration of complex solutions. 
  • You have in-depth knowledge of C#/.NET and JavaScript as well as in solving complex challenges. 
  • You have extensive experience with common DevOps methods and tools. 
  • You have power, love apps and have experience in the Azure ecosystem. 
  • You are characterised by your ability to work in a team, initiative and strong communication skills.
