Your tasks include

  • In your position, you are the first point of contact for users with IT problems. 
  • No problem seems unsolvable for you, because you are the helping hand in first and second level support for our customers.
  • You will take care of the acceptance and initial resolution of incidents, as well as the processing of fault reports from end users.
  • Your tasks may also include IMAC activities such as the installation and configuration of new devices.
  • Last but not least, you will also keep an eye on the maintenance of in-house assets and take on smaller administrative tasks, e.g. in the area of MS Active Directory or MS Exchange. 

What you bring with you

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist in the field of system integration or application development or similar
  • Would you like to get started as a career changer? We offer you the opportunity.
  • Are you familiar with Microsoft operating systems and MS Office products? Excellent.
  • You have already gained experience with ticket systems and are adept at using them. 
  • Personally, we particularly like your strong communication skills and customer-orientation, coupled with a high level of comprehension and the willingness to solve challenges appropriately.
