Your tasks include

  • In deiner Position bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Benutzer:innen mit IT-Problemen. 
  • Kein Problem scheint für dich unlösbar, denn du bist die helfende Hand im First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere Kunden.
  • So kümmerst du dich um die Annahmen und Erstlösung von Incidents, als auch um die Bearbeitung von Störmeldungen beim Endanwender.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören mitunter auch IMAC-Tätigkeiten wie z.B. die Installation und Konfiguration von neuen Geräten.
  • Nicht zuletzt hast du auch die Pflege von eigensetzten Assets im Blick und übernimmst kleinere administrative Aufgaben z.B. im Bereich MS Active Directory oder MS Exchange. 

What you bring with you

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in im Bereich Systemintegration oder Anwendungsentwicklung oder Vergleichbares
  • Du möchtest als Quereinsteiger:in durchstarten? Wir bieten dir die Möglichkeit.
  • Du kennst dich mit Microsoft Betriebssystemen und MS Office Produkten aus? Hervorragend.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen gesammelt und gehst versiert mit diesen um. 
  • Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung, gepaart mit einer hohen Auffassungsgabe und der Bereitschaft, Herausforderungen adäquat zu lösen.
