Your tasks include

  • Contact person for our corporate customers with queries about our IT applications/systems
  • Acceptance of fault reports by telephone and e-mail
  • Development of error analyses and solutions together with our customers
  • Documentation of requirements and faults in a ticket system and handover of complex problems to colleagues in 2nd level support
  • Collaboration in increasing customer satisfaction and further development of our customer support in a familiar, international team

What you bring with you

  • High interest in IT technologies and curiosity to familiarise yourself with topics quickly
  • Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage
  • The ability to maintain an overview and a high level of service orientation, even in stressful times
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken German and French language skills required
  • Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
  • Participation in shift work Mon-Sat (7:30-21:30)
  • Participation in on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7:30-21:30)
