Support in the design of software and solution scenarios for the implementation of customised customer solutions and their business processes using PEGA
Development of strategic and Pega best practice recommendations
Moderation and management of various meetings with the project and customer teams
Coordination of process design and requirements management in large, agile teams
Close project co-operation with our customers and our implementing system architects
Presentation of work results to stakeholders and management
Completed studies in computer science/business informatics, or comparable training with professional experience
Certification as Pega Business Architect
Several years of experience with the work and management of Pega projects
Experience in the creation of technical design concepts, flow charts and the creation of technical specifications and user stories
Experience in organising customer presentations (show and tell) and customer meetings
Experience in dealing with agile methods
Willingness to travel and the flexibility to work on a project and customer basis
Very good communication skills in German and English
