Your tasks include

  • Process optimisation: You will critically analyse the service CSM processes and drive their further development. You will also provide advice on existing and new processes and provide methodical support in recording requirements.
  • Process design: In addition to recording and improving the service processes, you will work together with the product owners on the implementation in ServiceNow and the associated interfaces.
  • System optimisation: You will analyse and optimise the operational systems in the service, including their automation across different systems. Your focus will always be on current trends, such as developments in the field of artificial intelligence.
  • Integration: Group-wide coordination of service CSM processes and their implementation, also with regard to future post-merger integrations, round off your area of responsibility.

What you bring with you

  • Education: You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training, e.g. in the field of computer science, or have a comparable qualification.
  • Expertise: You have professional experience in process modelling and have already successfully introduced new tools. You have also already worked with ticket systems (preferably with ServiceNow).
  • Personality: You are communicative and actively engage in dialogue with your colleagues. In addition, you are characterised by independent and autonomous work and are also assertive.
  • Language: Your excellent written and spoken German and good English skills round off your profile.
