Your tasks include

  • You take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects in the Atlassian environment
  • You record customer requirements, evaluate them and prepare decision templates based on them
  • You plan and coordinate all project activities, including resource management, scheduling and budget monitoring
  • You work closely with internal teams and customers to understand requirements and develop customised solutions
  • You monitor the progress of the project, identify risks and develop suitable countermeasures to ensure that the objectives are met
  • You act as a central point of contact for customers and ensure that communication runs smoothly and expectations are met or exceeded
  • You support the continuous improvement of project management processes and contribute innovative ideas

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed a degree in project management, computer science or a similar subject area
  • You have several years of experience as a project manager, ideally in a service environment in the IT industry or in the Atlassian environment
  • You have sound knowledge of project management methods such as Scrum or Kanban, perhaps even certifications (IPMA, ...)
  • You are familiar with the Atlassian tools, especially Jira, Confluence 
    Experience with BigPicture and Structure is an advantage
  • You have excellent organisational skills and can plan and implement complex projects effectively
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • You are results-orientated and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
