Your tasks include

As a Process & Application Support Officer, you can expect the following tasks: 

You are our process optimiser. You will develop measures for the new and further development of processes and process-supporting IT systems in engine overhaul and ensure their implementation, including in projects.
You maintain an overview by constantly evaluating the processes in terms of costs, quality and throughput times, monitoring the results and thus ensuring the progress of optimisations
You take over the technical management of the employees and develop the process and user documentation 

What you bring with you

completed studies, preferably as an industrial engineer or business IT specialist
Several years of relevant professional experience
IT affinity
Extensive knowledge and methodological expertise in process development and design
Good knowledge of English
good computer skills
