SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

These tasks await you:

• You will work closely with our customers' specialist departments and advise them on technical and process-related issues relating to SAP HCM applications
• You implement application and module configurations (customising) according to requirements
• You plan and accompany the migration to SAP S/4HANA in the HCM environment
• You develop programs and interfaces, optimise existing applications and provide support with technical issues and process improvements
• You support HR-related SAP HCM applications with a focus on payroll accounting (PY), time management (PT), personnel master data (PA) and organisation management (OM) based on ECC 6.0
• You actively drive the digitalisation and automation of HR processes in SAP HCM
   

What you bring with you: 

• You have a degree in computer science, a comparable qualification or certification as an SAP HCM Consultant and have several years of professional experience in this field
• You have sound knowledge of customising in several of the following modules: Payroll Accounting (PY), Time Management (PT), Personnel Master Data (PA), and Organisation Management (OM)
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies in the SAP environment
• You have team spirit, initiative and enjoy finding clever solutions for complex requirements
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
